Terms of Service

BSoura is operated by [PLACEHOLDER: legal entity name & form]. By using it you confirm you are at least 18 years old and able to agree to these terms. BSoura is not intended for, and may not be used by, anyone under 18.

BSoura lets you find photos of yourself from a specific event. You take a selfie, we match it against that event's photos, and we show you the ones you appear in so you can view and download them. The selfie and the face template created from it are processed only to perform that match and are not stored, as described in our Privacy Policy and Biometric Consent Notice.

The photographer who took the event photos owns the copyright in them. BSoura receives a licence from the photographer to host the photos, process them to enable matching, and display them privately to authenticated attendees of that event.

When a photo you appear in is matched to you, you are permitted to download your own copy for your personal use. You are not granted any other rights in the photos: you may not claim ownership, remove credits or watermarks, or use them in a way the photographer has not allowed.

Use BSoura only to find and download photos of yourself. You must not:

• ✕Search on behalf of someone else without their permission, or try to identify or collect images of other people.
• ✕Upload a photo you have no right to use, or any unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• ✕Scrape, bulk-download, copy, or redistribute photos, galleries, or any part of the service.
• ✕Access — or attempt to access — event galleries you were not invited to.
• ✕Use automated tools or circumvent access controls, watermarks, or rate limits.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate access at any time — including to honor a removal request, comply with the law, respond to a copyright or consent complaint, or stop misuse of the service. You can ask us to remove any photo you appear in from your results, or by emailing [PLACEHOLDER: contact email for privacy requests].

BSoura is provided "as is" and "as available". Face matching is probabilistic: we do not guarantee that every photo you appear in will be found, that matches will be complete or accurate, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BSoura and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum permitted by the applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be waived.

The event organizer and photographer are responsible for obtaining the permissions needed to photograph attendees and to make those photos available through BSoura. Those warranties are set out in separate business agreements between BSoura and the organizer/photographer and are not part of these terms.

These terms are governed by [PLACEHOLDER: governing law], and any dispute will be resolved in [PLACEHOLDER: dispute forum], except where the law of your country of residence gives you a right to a different forum that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make a material change we will update the effective date and version above. Continuing to use BSoura after a change means you accept the updated terms.
